Our project consisted in tyring to see which brand of disinfectnat, the leading brand or the
economical brand killed bacteria more efficiently. We used 2 types of Bacteria, E.Coli (-ve gram)
and M.Luteus ( +ve Gram) . This idea came from the fact that in todays modern world everybody
seems to be obsessed with hygene, and we wanted to see if this obsession blinded the fact that
maybe the economical and therefore cheaper brand was better than the leading brand. Secondly,
not everybody has the same finacial status, and so this experiment could help them save money.
This experiment is a clear example of how useful science can really be to common dilemmas of
daily life.
