How long have you worked for this organization?
4.5 years.
And your greatest achievement to date?
Having introduced the program, its implementation and
execution in a successful manner for the past 4,5 years.
This program was launched in 4 countries in the span
of 6 months! It keeps on growing and we keep on
esta cultivating innovations and success.
¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor reto profesional?
Introducir el concepto de diversidad e inclusión en la cadena
de valor en países en América Latina, donde nunca se había
escuchado el concepto.
What has been your main professional challenge?
Introducing the concept of diversity and inclusion in the
value chain in Latin American countries, where the concept
had never been heard of.
¿Qué te gustaría lograr profesionalmente?
Lograr que en América Latina la mayoría de las grandes
empresas tengan programas de diversidad e inclusión
en la cadena de valor. Es decir, que activamente estoy
buscando incluir a empresas de mujeres en su cadena
de valor.
What would you like to achieve professionally?
I would like to accomplish the feat of introducing
diversity and inclusion programs in the value chain of big
companies in Latin America. This means actively
including women in the value chain of companies.
¿Por qué decidiste asistir al Women’s Forum for
the Economy & Society?
¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro a la fecha?
El haber introducido el programa, implementarlo y ejecutarlo Porque es un espacio idóneo para conocer que están
de manera exitosa por los últimos 4.5 años. El lanzamiento haciendo los grandes grupos de poder del sector
en 4 países se hizo en el lapso de 6 meses! Y sigue privado en cuando al rol de la mujer en la economía y
más. Es una oportunidad de darles a conocer lo que
creciendo y seguimos cultivando éxitos.

Why have you decided to attend the Women’s Forum
for the Economy & Society?
Because it is appropriate for learning what big powerful
groups are doing in the private sector with regards to the
role of women in the economy and more. It is an opportunity
to teach those companies what WEConnect International
does in Mexico and the rest of the world.
¿La sede de México será tu primer foro? Si no, ¿qué
obtuviste de tus participaciones previas?
Esta es mi primera vez en este foro.
Will Mexico be your first conference? If not, what did
you gain from your previous participation?
This is my first Forum.
¿Cuáles son tus expectativas del Women’s Forum
Mexico 2016?
Espero conocer a mucha gente que se interese por lo que
hace WEConnect International en México y también
enterarme de lo que otros grandes “decision makers” y
grupos de poder están haciendo activamente en pro de la
Mujer en sus diferentes facetas.
What do you expect from the Women’s Forum
Mexico?
I hope to meet a lot of people interested in what WEConnect
International in Mexico does, and I hope to become
informed of what other big “decision makers” and powerful
groups are actively doing in favor of women and their
different facets.
De todas las sesiones, ¿cuál sería a la que más
quisieras asistir?
Energía, finanzas, infraestructura, telecomunicaciones:
¿Cómo dar más acceso a las mujeres a nuevas
oportunidades?
What is the session you look forward to the most?
Infrastructure, telecoms: Improving women’s access to the
new opportunities
Si existiera alguna iniciativa que pudiera realizarse
para crear un mayor participación a más mujeres en
la economía y sociedad, ¿cuál sería?
El darle más poder, más recursos a WEConnect
International en Mexico para poder tener un mayor impacto
y replicar nuestro éxito.
If one thing should be done to incorporate more
women in the economy and society, what should that
be?
To give them more power and to give more resources to
WEConnect International in Mexico in order to have a bigger
impact and replicate our success.
¿Quién es tu héroe o heroina? ¿Por qué?
Yo. Porque yo misma me impresiono de lo que yo
puedo lograr!
Who would be your hero and why?
Me. Because I impressed by myself and by what I can
achieve
Si no es el caso, ¿quién es tu modelo a seguir?
Las mujeres emprendedoras de éxito, en general,
porque tienen ese “algo”, ese empuje que las hace
sobrepasar cualquier barrera y confrontar todo reto.
If you don’t, who would be your role model?
Successful business women, in general, because they
have that “something”, that push which allows them to
surpass all barriers and confront all challenges.
¿Qué consejo les darías a las mujeres de futuras
generaciones?
Que trabajen duro por conseguir sus objetivos y no se
dejen “achicar” con nada. Que, al contrario: ante la
adversidad, se crezcan!
What would be your advice to the next generation
of women?
That they work hard to reach their objectives and to not
let them be intimidated by anything. That, on the
contrary: when faced with adversity, we grow!
Comparte un tip que ayude a incremetar la
seguridad de sí mismas de las mujeres.
La vida es una carrera de distancia y no de velocidad.
Deben ver cada paso que dan, como uno más…dentro
de esta larga carrera. Denlo seguras y firmes porque
ustedes tienen el poder!
A tip to increase women’s self-confidence?
Life is a long distance race and not a sprint. Women
need to see every step they take as one more taken
within the long race. Be strong and safe, because you
have the power!
¿A quién te gustaría conocer durante el foro? (En
las conferencias)
A representantes el grupo Claro.
Who would you ideally meet at the conference?
The representatives of the Claro Group.
¿Cómo te visualizas haciendo la diferencia para
las mexicanas después de las conferencias?
Efectivamente pudiendo vincularlas entre ellas para que
hagan negocios y/o con corporaciones multinacionales
para que logren hacerse parte de su cadena de valor.
How do you envision yourself making a difference for
women in Mexico after the conference?
To effectively create a link between them so that they can
do business with multinational corporations and that they
may then achieve becoming part of their value chain.
