Petition Re: Miccosukee Golf & Country Club in Kendale Lakes Tribal Land Trust As a citizen of the West Kendall Community, I object to this property becoming a Tribal Trust, which would deny Miami-Dade County Government, and our citizens, having any regulatory authority. I was not aware that the Federal Government previously considered this request. It was not well publicized. Had I been aware of this, I would have filed my objection with the Federal Government. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Re: Miccosukee Golf & Country Club en Kendale Lakes Tribal Land Trust Como ciudadano de la Comunidad de West Kendall, me opongo a que esta propiedad sea convertida en una fideicomisa tribal, que le negaría al Gobierno de Miami-Dade County y a nuestros ciudadanos el tener cualquier autoridad reguladora. Yo no estaba consciente de que el Gobierno Federal había considerado esta solicitud anteriormente.
