CIRCUITO DE HIDROTERAPIA: Para realizar el Circuito de Hidroterapia deberá traer traje de baño, gorro y chanclas. En la recepción del
Spa se le hará entrega de una toalla. Todos los usuarios deben ser mayores de 16 años (exceptuando durante horarios o eventos
específicos establecidos por la dirección del Hotel y Spa). CANCELACIÓN DE TRATAMIENTOS Si necesita cancelar su reserva deberá
hacerlo con al menos 24 de antelación. No se admiten devoluciones. Cualquier cancelación posterior será penalizada con un 30% de la
tarifa o con pérdida de depósito. En caso de que no acuda a la cita sin previo aviso, se le cargará el 100% del tratamiento o servicio

HIDROTERAPY CIRCUIT: For Hydrotherapy Circuit must bring swimsuit, cap and flipflops. At the reception of the Spa will be you given a
towel. All users must be over 16 years (except for specific events or schedules established by the management of the Hotel and Spa).
CANCELLATION OF TREATMENTS: If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds. Any
cancellation after this will be penalized with 30% of the fee or loss of deposit. In case you do not go to the appointment without notice will be
charged 100% of the treatment or service booked. To make your reservation can be done directly at the Spa or by calling (+34) 959 495 954
ext. 6633 or 6609. We recommend that you book your treatment or circuit with at least 1 day in advance. CHECK-IN TREATMENT: For your
convenience, please register on receipt of U-Spa about 10 minutes before the time of their therapy. For proper operation of the Spa, please
be punctual demand. QUESTIONS: If you are a new user of U-Spa and are considering starting any of our intensive treatments, you can
request an appointment with a therapist specialized or Spa management. These consultations are included as part of our service to advise
