FUNCIONAMIENTO
Para el tratamiento físico del agua se utiliza
un dispositivo anular en varias capas
constituido por imanes permanentes con una
disposición de las polaridades y una
intensidad
de
campo
particularmente
eficiente para los objetivos prefijados.
Los carbonatos presentes en el agua pasan
a travesando el campo magnético el proceso
físico inicia con la atención de los vínculos
iónicos “Carbonatos, Metales alcalinos”
(Calcio, Sodio, Magnesio) hasta su total
disociación.
Los electrones, partes fundamentales del
campo magnético, completan el equilibrio
atómico de los Metales / alcalinos y se
vuelven independientes del precedente
vínculo iónico con los “Carbonatos”.
Los metales / alcalinos, en este equilibrio
estable, constituyen ahora una presencia
subatómica dispersa en el fluido agua.
El elemento Carbonato disociado es
preparado para una gradual transformación
en Anhídrido Carbónico que será expulsado
de
la
instalación
a
través
delos
desgasificadores RBM Vasa, Vasa 3, Vasa 7
En los circuitos abiertos como lavabos,
duchas y servicios sanitarios en general, los
“Metales / alcalinos” disperses son
expulsados por la misma agua con la
abertura de los grifos.
En los circuitos cerrados, la unión a los
“Metales / alcalinos de otros micro
suspensiones de la consistencia de los
fangos incoherentes.
En este caso es necesario la instalación de
un filtro autolimpiante RBM sobre el circuito
de retorno para proceder con una periódica
expulsión de estos sedimentos

OPERATION
Water physical treatment is achieved by
means of a ring shaped multistage device
made up permanent magnets endowed
with a polarity set up and a field strength
which are extremely efficient for the
appointed purpose.
The carbonates which are present in water
pass through the magnetic field; the
physical process stars by weakening
“carbonate/alkaline metal ionic bonds
(calcium, sodium, magnesium”) till their
complete dissociation.
The electrons, which are a basic part of
the
magnetic
field,
complete
the
“metal/alkaline” atomic equilibrium and
make them independent from the previous
ionic bond with the “carbonates”.
The “metal/alkaline” elements in this stable
equilibrium are now a subatomic presence
dispensed in the water.
The dissociated carbonate elements is
then gradually turned into carbon dioxide
which will be ejected from the circuit by
RBM Vasa, Vasa 3 and Vasa 7 air vents.
In open circuits, such as washbasin,
shower and sanitary fixtures, dispersed
“metal / alkaline” elements are ejected with
water on opening the taps.
In closed circuits, other micro suspensions
present in water may from, together with
“metal/alkaline
elements”,
macro
suspensions having the same consistency
as loose mud.
Should this happen, it will be necessary to
install a RBM self cleaning filter on the
return circuit in order to achieve a periodic
ejection of
the above
mentioned
sediments.

PRECAUCIONES
WARNING
Prever siempre la aplicación del filtro
autolimpiante RBM en la entrada de la
instalación, con mallas no inferiores a 100
micrones.
Always install a RBM self cleaning filter
having a mesh size not smaller than 100
microns before the circuit.
En las instalaciones en circuitos abiertos
prever siempre un filtro de línea RBM a la
salida del intercambiador de calor o
acumulador.
En las instalaciones con circuito cerrado,
aplicar siempre un filtro autolipiante RBM en
el circuito de retorno.
Prever por lo menos una vez al año la
sustitución de la candela o malla filtrante de
los filtros.
Antes de cada aplicación verificar la dureza
del agua utilizando el KIT RBM. Con los
resultados obtenidos proceder a la elección
del modelo más idóneo siguiendo las
indicaciones de la tabla.

Always provide open circuit systems with
a RBM in line filter on the outlet of heat
exchangers or water heaters.
Always install in closed circuit systems a
self cleaning filter on the return circuit.
Replace the filter cartridge at least once a
year.
Before the installation measure water
hardness by means of the RBM kit.
Then use the sizing table to choose the
most suitable model.

subsistan corrientes vagantes
