La dilatación de la pupila es una parte del examen de los ojos muy recomendada. Las
gotas se usan para que la pupila del ojo se ponga grande y la doctora pueda ver la retina.
La observación de toda la retina es necesaria para ver si hay desprendimientos, hoyos,
tumores, hemorragias, y otros problemas de los ojos.
Los efectos secundarios de las gotas son visión borrosa de cerca y sensibilidad a la luz.
LA VISION DE LEJOS GENERALMENTE NO SE AFECTA Y ES POSIBLE
CONDUCIR después de las gotas. El effecto dura 4-6 horas.
