Dear Parents of Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 Students,
The Junior Drama Production of ‘The Little Mermaid’ is fast approaching and children are
enthusiastically rehearsing for the performances.
Details of the performances and ticket allocations are set out below. Families can choose which
day they will come according to this schedule. We will be allotting a maximum of 4 tickets per
child for the Parents performance plus 4 more for the Grandparents performance.

Please note: for safety and security reasons, admittance to the performances will only be
permitted with an entrance ticket, including students from the alternate cast.
We are pleased to be able to offer tickets in exchange for non-perishable food items on the
following basis:
1 ticket = 1 kg of non-perishable food (eg: pasta, oil, tomato sauce, tinned food, sugar, flour).
Tickets go on ‘exchange’ between Monday 25th May and Friday 29th May from 0830 to 1530 in
Junior Reception Desk.
These non-perishable food items will be distributed to Centro CAIF ‘La Esperanza’, Escuela 183,
the Anglican Church and some smaller groups that the School has an association with.
Any parents, who wish to make their own personal recording of the performance, are of course
welcome to do so from their own seat, ensuring that no aisles or entrances are blocked for safety
reasons.
All spectators are respectfully reminded that the consumption of food and drink is not permitted
in the Auditorium.

La obra de teatro de Junior, “The Little Mermaid”, se está aproximando y los alumnos están muy
entusiasmados ensayando para las presentaciones.
Los detalles de las funciones y localidades se detallan en la siguiente tabla. Las familias podrán
elegir qué día asistirán de acuerdo a las funciones abajo detalladas. Hemos asignado 4 entradas por
alumno para la función de los padres y 4 más para la función para abuelos.

Sírvanse tener en cuenta que por razones de protección y seguridad, únicamente se permitirá
ingresar con una entrada, incluyendo alumnos del elenco que no actúa en ese día.
Tenemos el agrado de informar que las entradas se otorgarán a cambio de alimentos no
perecederos.
1 entrada ═ 1 kilo de alimento no perecedero (ej: pasta, aceite, salsa de tomate, latas, azúcar,
harina, etc.).
Las entradas serán canjeadas desde el lunes 25 de mayo al viernes 29 de mayo en el horario de
0830 a 1530 en la Recepción de Junior.
Dichos alimentos serán distribuidos a: Centro CAIF “La Esperanza”, Escuela 183, Iglesia
Anglicana y otras pequeñas organizaciones apoyadas por el Colegio.
Aclaramos que los padres tendrán la posibilidad de filmar el día de la actuación, si así lo desean.
Les solicitamos hacerlo desde su asiento para no interferir en la entrada o corredores.
Recordamos a los espectadores que está prohibido el consumo de bebidas y alimentos en el
Auditorio.
