¡Todo se crece! ¿Cómo podemos crear un hábitat afuera y
adentro en Mi Casita? Everything Grows! How can we create an indoor/outdoor
habitat at Mi Casita?
Spring is HERE! During the month of May, we will introduce the concept of living and
nonliving things. As students begin to distinguish what needs food and water to survive and
what doesn’t, they will turn Mi Casita into an indoor/outdoor habitat for living things. We
will also focus on what is required to care for plants and animals to survive as we create a
special place for plants and animals.
¡La Primavera está aquí! Durante el mes de mayo, introducimos el concepto de lo que vive y lo
que no vive. Los estudiantes empiezan a distinguir entre lo que necesita agua y comida para
sobrevivir y no. También vamos a cambiar Mi Casita a un hábitat para cosas vivas. Vamos a
enfocarla en como sobreviven las plantas y animales mientras creamos un lugar especial para

Learn responsible habits of taking care of plants and animals in environment
Learn how to observe, compare and contrast as plants and animals grow and change.
