17th Sunday in Ordinary Time C Jesus gave us a powerful prayer in the Lord’s Prayer. He has also given us a wonderful opportunity by giving us this prayer. Each sentence in this prayer offers us an opportunity to be closer to Jesus. Each sentence in this prayer offers us an opportunity to know, love and serve the Lord in many ways. “How much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him?” Have you asked our Father in heaven for the gift of the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit will open your heart and your mind to know, love and serve the Lord in many new ways. “Ask and you will receive; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Jesus, I trust in you. XVII Domingo del tiempo ordinario C Jesús nos dio una oración de gran alcance en la Oración del Señor. También nos ha dado una gran oportunidad al darnos esta oración. Cada frase de esta oración nos ofrece la oportunidad de estar más cerca de Jesús. Cada frase de esta oración nos ofrece la oportunidad de conocer, amar y servir al Señor de muchas maneras.
