Testing. There will also
be no school for 11th and
12th graders onMay 6th.

Beginning Tuesday, May
3rd, 2016 all Junior that
have not submitted proof
of immunizations or upcoming appointments will
have lasalle until documents are submitted.

ABSENCE & DR NOTES
Remember To Get Your Receipt For Your Attendance
Excuse Notes!
Submit all excuse notes
directly to the main office
staff at the front counter.
Students have 2 days upon
return to school to submit
a note and avoid demerits.
All students will receive a
receipt to serve as proof
of successful submission
of the required excuse
note. Students should save
this receipt in case of any
error in submission. All
notes should include the
students first & last name,
grade, date of absence &
a parent signature. If you
have any questions please
contact the main office.
SPRING FESTIVAL
Please join UICCP Choir
and Band students at the
Spring Music Festival. The
three day concert series
will take place in the
UICCP gymnasium. Admission is $5 for adults, $1 for
students, and free for kids
12 and under.
Beginning Choir and Beginning Band - Tuesday,
5/24, 6pm
Concert Choir and Concert
Band - Wednesday, 5/25,
6pm
Honors Choir and Honors
Band - Thursday, 5/26,
6pm
ACT TESTING
ACT testing will be scheduled May 3, 2016. There
will not be schol for 9th,
10th, and 12th graders.
EARLY DISMISSAL
Parents or Guardians must
be present befor a student is
removed from class for a
early dismissal.
