Desde que en el año 2000 presentara su primera
gran revolución en la industria cerámica con la
decoración digital, situando la tecnología española
en la cumbre de la innovación, KERAjet no ha hecho
más que evolucionar en un constante esfuerzo de
ofrecer las mejores y más avanzadas soluciones
para lograr modernizar y automatizar la industria
cerámica, haciéndola más eficiente y productiva y

Ahora, Kerajet da un paso más utilizando su más
avanzada tecnología para cubrir todo el proceso
productivo cerámico, automatizándolo y haciéndolo
más práctico, eficiente, rentable y ecológico.
La linea digital KERAjet supone el control total de
la linea productiva desde sus inicios en el prensado
hasta llegar a la fase de cocción y otorga toda la
infinidad de posibilidades y ventajas de la impresión
digital. La linea, completamente sincronizada,
permite ahora no solo la decoración de la pieza
con tintas pigmentadas, solubles, de efectos o
metálicas, sino que aportan a la cerámica todo el
valor matérico propio de ella con aplicaciones de
esmaltes y partículas sólidas.
Con una más que notable simplificación de las
líneas productivas y la posibilidad de obtener hasta
48 aplicaciones sincronizadas en la misma pieza ,la
linea digital KERAjet es de nuevo apuesta segura
y la única opción para conseguir un producto
cerámico altamente diferenciador.

Since year 2000 KERAjet introduction of its first
great revolution in the ceramic industry with digital
decoration, placing Spanish technology on the
summit of innovation, it has never stopped evolving
in a constant effort to provide the best and most
advanced solutions in order to modernise and
automate the ceramic industry, making it more
efficient and productive by providing the tools to create

both technically and aesthetically.
It is now, with its digital printing technology entirely
consolidated when a new revolution changes
again the world of ceramic industry by making the
decoration process become completely digital and
changing the way we produce and design ceramic
products. New generations of machines and new
control tools set a new scenario in the production
processes and digital technology will be present at
all stages of the process, leading the change.
With its completely integrated and consolidated
digital printing technology in productive lines of
ceramic decoration, Kerajet goes one step further
by using the most advanced technology to fill the
entire ceramic production process, automating and
making it more practical, efficient, profitable and
environmentally friendly .
KERAjet digital line means complete control
of the ceramic production line from its beginning
in the press up to the firing stage and provides all
the endless possibilities of digital printing. Now,
KERAjet fully synchronized line, enables not only
the ceramic decoration of the tile with pigmented,
soluble, glaze effect, or metallic inks, but also
provides the ceramic industry all its material value
with glaze applications and solid particles.
With a remarkable shortening of the ceramic
production lines and the possibility of up to 48
different synchronized applications on the same tile,
the KERAjet digital line is nowadays the safest bet
again and the only option to get a highly material
and aesthetic value ceramic product.

su reducido tamaño y sus grandes prestaciones
totalmente equiparables a ésta, la convierten en un
equipo indispensable en la realización de piezas
cerámicas 100% digitales y que combinen, en una
misma pieza, aplicaciones de esmaltes brillantes y
mates, granillas coloreadas, vitrosas, metalizados,
lustres y colores.
KERAjet slave is the ideal machine for the digital
ceramic production line.
It perfectly complements KERAjet master, its
small size and great capabilities are completely
comparable to it, making it an essential equipment
when producing 100% digital ceramic tiles which
combines in the same tile, glossy and matte glazes,
coloured granillas, metallic effects, lusters and
colours.
