CHAIRPERSON:
Michael T. Borski: D.O.B. December 27, 1958, Wife Rachel A. Borski, Very Blessed marriage of 32 years! Two
Children – Son/Joseph M. Borski - Wife Stephanie – Grandson’s – Christian & Chase, Daughter/Sarah L. Mick –
Husband David – Grandson Trenten & Granddaughter Makenzie. Member of St. John of the Cross Catholic Parish since
1982. Served as Raffle Ticket Chairperson at several of the past Church Bazaars as well as ticket sales for booths and
rides. Member of the St. John of the Cross Knights of Columbus Council 13166 since its inception at our parish. Current
position held in the council – Financial Secretary. Fourth Degree Knight with membership at St. Mary Magdalene
Assembly 2517 Humble, Texas. Employed by Eutsler Technical Products, Inc. – Position President I enjoy being blessed
with my Family! Hobbies – Watching our Grandchildren, riding my Harley Ultra Road Glide motorcycle, golfing,
fishing, and watching baseball, basketball, & football – GO TEXANS! I am honored to have been asked to be chairperson
of SJOTC – Pastoral Council. Please pray for everyone on this council that we may always do God’s will! If you would

My name is Maria Gomez and I am 47 years old. I have been blessed with my husband, Hector Gomez, of 28 years and
two sons named Hector, Jr. and Thomas Gomez. I have been a member of SJOTC for over 10 years and have been
fortunate to serve my brothers and sisters in Christ as a Sacramental Instructor, Eucharist Minister, RCIA in Spanish,
Marriage Sacrament Instructor/Sponsor and President of The Apostles. My main hobby is taking vacations as many of
you already know. I have had the honor of being asked to be the Co-Chairperson of SJOTC of the Pastoral Council. Your

Frank Messa and family have been members of Saint John of the Cross since 2006 after moving to the area from west
Houston. Michele and I have been married for 14 years and have four wonderful daughters and two grandchildren. Our
two oldest daughters lost their mother in 2000 and welcomed Michele to our loving family in 2001. I enjoy life at home
with my family and working around the house. I’ve been working on a Master’s degree in Theology through Franciscan
University since 2013. Other interests include playing guitar, reading the history of the Catholic Church and traveling.
During our travels we have met several missionary priests and nuns in China and in Africa and we continue to help them
in their ministries.
Ambrose Valle: My wife, Tommie and I have been married forty- six years. Our son, Daniel was baptized at the
Carmelite Chapel and our daughter, Christine received her first Communion there. Through the generosity of the
Carmelite Nuns, we were invited to attend Mass at their chapel. We received the name St. John of the Cross in December
14, 1980 and started meeting at the New Caney Middle School cafeteria for Sunday Mass in January 28, 1981.I have
served as usher, Eucharistic Minister, photographer and behind the scenes in the church Environment Committee. I feel
honored to have been asked to serve in the Pastoral Council and I ask for your support and prayers.
My name is Patricia Cerda. I’m very blessed to have a beautiful family, three girls, a boy and a wonderful husband. We
have been members of this parish community of St. John of the Cross for a year now. As a family we are involved in
different church ministries, Los Apostoles de San Juan; Floklor Group; Prayer and Worship in spanish on Tuesday nights
and my two oldest currently serve as Altar Servers. Our hobby is to spend time as a family, we enjoy different activities
like camping, fishing, swimming and doing cookouts. I am happy to serve my community of St. John of the Cross as a
representative in the pastoral council.

Michael T. Borski: naci 27 de diciembre 1958, mi esposa es Rachel A. Borski, hemos sido bendecidos con un

Juan Cruz desde 1982. Me he desempeñado como Presidente de la rifa de los Bazares varias veces aquí en la Iglesia, así
como en la venta de boletos de entradas para los puestos y paseos. Soy miembro del Consejo de los Caballeros de Colon
de San Juan de de la Cruz 13166 desde que se iniciaron en nuestra parroquia. Función que desempeño actualmente en el
consejo - es Secretario de Finanzas. Caballero del Cuarto Grado perteneciente a Santa María Magdalena Asamblea 2517
Humble, Texas. ¡Estoy empleado por Eutsler Technical Products, Inc. - Como Presidente Disfruto siendo bendecido con
mi familia! Mis aficiones - cuidando de nuestros nietos, montando mi motocicleta Harley Ultra Glide en carretera, golf,

Mi nombre es María Gómez y tengo 47 años. He sido bendecida con mi marido, Héctor Gómez, por 28 años y dos hijos
Héctor, Jr. y Thomas Gómez. He sido miembro de SJOTC por más de 10 años y he tenido la suerte de servir a mis
hermanos y hermanas en Cristo como Instructor Sacramental, ministro de Eucaristía, RCIA en español, Instructora del
Sacramento de Matrimonio / Patrocinadora y Presidente de Los Apóstoles. Mi afición principal es tomar vacaciones como
muchos de ustedes ya saben. He tenido el honor de ser invitada a ser la Co-Presidente del Consejo Pastoral de SJOTC.

Mi nombre es Frank Messa mi familia y yo hemos sido miembros de San Juan de la Cruz desde 2006 después de
trasladarnos de la zona del oeste de Houston. Michele y yo hemos estado casados por 14 años y tenemos cuatro hijas y dos
nietos maravillosos. Nuestras dos hijas mayores perdieron a su madre en 2000 y le dieron una amorosa bienvenida a
nuestra familia a Michele en 2001. Disfruto de la vida con mi familia y trabajando en la casa. He estado trabajando en un
título de Máster en Teología por la Universidad Franciscana desde 2013. Otros intereses incluyen tocar la guitarra, leer la
historia de la Iglesia Católica y los viajes. Durante nuestros viajes hemos conocido a varios sacerdotes misioneros y
monjas en China y en África y lo seguimos ayudando en sus ministerios.

14 de diciembre de 1980 y empezamos a reunirnos en la cafetería de New Caney Middle School para la misa dominical el
28 de enero de 1981. Eh servido como acomodador, Ministro de la Eucaristía, fotógrafo y detrás de las escenas en la
Comisión de Medio Ambiente de la iglesia. Me siento honrado de haber sido invitado a servir en el Consejo Pastoral y les
pido su apoyo y oraciones.

maravilloso. Hemos sido miembros de esta comunidad parroquial de San Juan de la Cruz desde hace un año. Como
familia estamos involucrados en diferentes ministerios de la iglesia, Los Apóstoles de San Juan; Grupo Folklor; Oración y
Adoración en español los martes y mis dos mayores sirven actualmente como monaguillos. Nuestra afición es pasar
tiempo en familia, disfrutar de diferentes actividades como camping, pesca, natación y hacer comidas al aire libre. Estoy
feliz de servir a mi comunidad de San Juan de la Cruz como representante en el consejo pastoral.
