El inglés Robert Drysdale, de 50 años, y el irlandés Donald Perrot, de 45, unieron sus nombres ayer a la nómina de ilustres que consiguen cruzar a nado las aguas del Estrecho de Gibraltar. La dupla completó la travesía desde la Isla Tarifa hasta Punta el Vaar (18,6 kilómetros) en 4 horas y 55 minutos. Los nadadores estuvieron escoltados por las embarcaciones de la ACNEG Columba One y Duende del Mar, que velaron en todo momento por ellos.
