An update on redevelopment plans from the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA)
The next Manning revitalization meeting will be on
Monday, January 4 at 6 pm in the community room.
Construction Updates
The contractors are continuing to drill around
the building in the coming weeks. They will
be drilling on the roof next week so it may be
especially loud for residents on the 19th floor.
The new temporary laundry room in
Apartment 9C is under construction. We
expect to switch to the new laundry room
during the second week in January.
The management office will be relocated
to Apartments 3J and 3K during the second
week in January.
Shawmut will set up the construction hoist
in mid-January. It will go all the way up
the building along the balconies to carry
construction materials.
Relocation Reminder
Temple Place is finally ready and the first
residents moved in this week.
For all moves, the relocation coordinators will
continue to work with you to notify you of
your moving date and make sure you have all

New Intercom/Buzzer System
Instructions for Using New Intercom System:
1. A visitor enters “#” and waits for the dial
tone. Then they enter the 4-digit Intercom
Code and the intercom will call your
phone. There is a chart at the entryway
for your visitor to know your Intercom
Code. The chart will be updated when you
move.
2. You answer your phone and can talk to
the visitor through the intercom.
3. Press “9” on your phone to open the front
door and let the visitor into the building.
The call will end and you can hang up
your phone.
4. The door front door will open.
If you think your phone number is incorrect
please contact the management office.

Actualización sobre los planes de reconstrucción de Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA)

Instrucciones de Uso Nuevo sistema de
intercomunicación :
1. Un visitante entra en “#” y espera el tono
de marcado. Entonces entran en el Código
de intercomunicación de 4 dígitos y el
intercomunicador se llame a su teléfono.
Hay una tabla en la entrada para su
visitante a conocer su Código Intercom . El
gráfico se actualizará cuando se mude.
2. Usted contesta el teléfono y puede

intercomunicador.
3. Presione “ 9 “ en su teléfono para abrir
