Summer El Camino
To continue to celebrate and receive the graces of this
Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy, the entire Our
Lady of the Valley parish family is invited to
participate in a Summer El Camino. We will learn and
pray the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius of Loyola
along with Saints Faustina Kowalska, Therese of Lisieux and Louis de Montfort.
The book, Consoling the Heart of Jesus by Fr. Michael Gaitley, MIC, will be our guidebook to help us
grow in trust in Jesus Christ, the Divine Mercy.

Mass & Holy Hour
Come pray for religious freedom in our country

Parish-wide pilgrimage to walk through the
Jubilee Year of Mercy Holy Doors located at
Our Lady of the Angels Monastery, Hanceville
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to grow closer
to Jesus, the Divine Mercy! To participate, simply
complete any (or all!) of the El Camino Pilgrim
activities listed below during this summer:
 Pick up a copy of Consoling the Heart of Jesus
($5 suggested donation) in the church vestibule
 Read the Consoling the Heart of Jesus (CHJ)
book at your own pace during the summer
 Come to the Fortnight for Freedom Mass and
Holy Hour on Friday, July 1st at 9am to pray for
religious freedom to be protected in our nation.
 Come to the El Camino Gatherings in the parish
hall on the select Monday evenings—July 11th
and 25th and August 8th from 6-7:30pm
 Complete the Summer El Camino by
participating in the parish-wide pilgrimage to
walk through the Jubilee Year of Mercy Holy
Doors located at Our Lady of the Angels
Monastery in Hanceville, AL on Saturday, August
13th from 8am-3pm

Para continuar celebrando y recibir las gracias de este
Año Jubilar Extraordinario de Misericordia, se invita a
toda familia de parroquial a la Virgen de la Valle a
participar en un El Camino Verano. Vamos a aprender y
orar los Ejercicios Espirituales de San Ignacio de Loyola,
junto con los Santos Faustina Kowalska, Teresa de
Lisieux y Luis de Montfort .
El libro, Consolando al Corazón de Jesús por el Padre
Michael Gaitley, MIC, será nuestra guía para ayudarnos

Año Jubilar de Mercy Puertas Santos ubicadas en
Nuestra Señora del Monasterio Ángeles, Hanceville
No se pierda esta oportunidad de crecer más cerca de
Jesús, la Divina Misericordia! Para participar, sólo tiene
que completar alguna (o todos!) de las actividades El
Camino del peregrino se indican a continuación durante
este verano:
 Recoger una copia de Consolando al Corazón de
Jesús ($5 donación sugerida) en el vestíbulo de la
iglesia
 Lea Consolando al Corazón de Jesús libro a su
propio ritmo durante el verano
 Ven a la Misa y Hora Santa para Quincena por la
Libertad el viernes, 1 de julio a las 9 am a orar por la
libertad religiosa de estar protegidas en nuestro país
 Ven a las Refugio El Camino en el salón parroquial
en el selecto lunes por la noche 11 de julio y el 25 y
el 8 de agosto a partir de 6-7: 30 pm
 Complete el verano El Camino al participar en la
peregrinación de toda la parroquia para caminar por
el Año Jubilar de Mercy Puertas Santos ubicadas en
Nuestra Señora del Monasterio Ángeles en
Hanceville, el sábado, 13ª agosto, 8am.-3pm.
