INTENTIONS FOR JUNE
Mutual Respect: Pray that people all over the
world remember to take turns, to listen, and to treat
others with kindness.

New Evangelization: Pray for Christians who live
in places where most people do not respect religion.
May those Christians show with their words and
actions how beautiful it is to believe in Jesus!

There will be a reception after each Mass to allow
people to visit with the Bishop and also after the
Confirmations, to take pictures with him.
FR. NICK ON VACATION/SEMINAR
Fr. Nick will be gone June 3 through June 13. He
will be visiting relatives in Pennsylvania and
attending an ecumenical seminar at Loyola College,
Baltimore, Md. If you need a priest for last rites or
a funeral: Fr. Paul O’Connell, Waycross (912) 2837700 and Fr. Dan O’Connell or Fr. Chris Ortega in

MASS TIMES
After almost a year at St. Paul, St. William, and
Holy Family, I have realized that I cannot continue
doing 4 Sunday Masses, running from one place to
another. Also, our Bishop wants the Pastors
present for religious education to interact with
teachers, parents, and students. This is impossible
with my present schedule. Therefore, we will need
to make a change.
As of July 1st, our Mass schedule (and religious
education classes) will be as follows:
Saturday
St. William 5:00pm – English Mass
6:00pm – Religious Ed. (in fall)
7:00pm – Spanish Mass

Holy Family

PIN YOUR PROBLEMS, BIG OR
SMALL, TO OUR PRAYER WALL
We have a new prayer ministry here at St. Paul—by
those who are sick/recovered for those who are sick
or troubled. In the vestibule, a bulletin board is set
up as our prayer wall. Slips of paper are there for
you to write your prayer requests (anonymous, if
you wish—anything, big or small, that you’d like
offered in prayer). Members of the prayer ministry
will then pray a rosary dedicated to your needs.
Please phone the church office (384-3560) or speak
with Linda Hudson & Janet Benton after Mass if
you’d like to participate as a member of the
prayer ministry.

PRAYER FOR THE PARISH
Almighty God, my parish is composed of people
like me. I help make it what it is. It will be
friendly if I am. Its pews will be filled if I help fill
them. It will do great work, if I work. It will make
generous gifts to many causes, if I am a generous
giver. It will bring other people into its worship
and fellowship, if I bring them. It will be a parish
of loyalty and love, of justice and faith, and a parish
with a compassionate spirit, if I—who make it what
it is—am filled with these same qualities.
Therefore, with your help, O God, I will dedicate
myself to becoming what You want me to be, that I
might continue with Christ the building of
Your Kingdom on earth. Amen.

Después de casi un año en St. Paul, St. William, y
Sagrada Familia, me he dado cuenta de que no
puedo seguir haciendo 4 Misas el Domingo,
corriendo de un lugar a otro. También, nuestro
Obispo quiere que los parrocos estén presentes
durante la Catequesis en la parroquia; para
interactuar con los maestros, padres y estudiantes.
Esto es imposible con mi horario actual. Por lo
tanto, tendremos que hacer un cambio.
A partir del Primer Sabado de Julio nuestro
horario de misas (y clases de educación religiosa)
será el siguiente:

6:00 pm - Educación Religiosa (en otoño)

including Fr. Nick, who make rounds at
homes/hospitals and would like to visit everyone.
