Couples wishing to celebrate the Sacrament of Marriage with
Mass or Liturgy of the Word are asked to enter a process of
preparation at least nine months in advance of their intended
wedding date. The bride or groom or the parents of the bride
or groom should be registered members of the Church.

STEWARDSHIP
“She wrapped him in swaddling clothes and
laid him in a manger, because there was no
room for them in the inn.” (Luke 2:7)
Where is Jesus in your life? Have you made
room for Him or is He still in the manger
wrapped in rags? If we are living our lives like
all the rest of the modern and commercial
world, we may be leaving Jesus out. It might
be time to pick up this Infant Child and make
Him a priority in our lives.

All students who have paid to go on the
trip MUST have a permission form filled
out by a parent/guardian & returned
immediately. Please see Mrs. Eva at Holy
Family, Bertha or Ms. Janet at St. Paul, or
Ms. Melissa at St. William for a form. If
you do not turn in a signed form, you
cannot go on the trip.
NEW ELIJAH CUP SCHEDULE
The 2012 Elijah Cup list is being compiled for
St. Paul’s Sunday morning (English) Mass, and
anyone who would like to add or remove their
name from the list should contact Joanne Lott
(384-1444) or phone the church office. Please
join in this blessing, taking home the Chalice to
pray (as an individual or with your family) for
increased vocations to the holy priesthood.
SANTO NIÑO CELEBRATION
The Feast of Santo Niño will be celebrated on
January 15, 2012 with Mass at 9:30am at
St. Paul. After the Mass (approximately
11:30am) there will be a celebration sharing
traditions, food, and culture at the Douglas
American Legion hall. Everyone is invited to
celebrate the Feast of Santo Niño!

An open house celebration will be held
December 27 from 2:00-4:00pm at the home of
Mrs. Lucille Lott (1005 N. Coweta Ave.,
Douglas) to celebrate her 85th birthday.
All friends are cordially invited.

those away from the practice of their Faith to
return “home.” This first-time ever television
event in this era of the New Evangelization will
